Delete your account
You can delete your HidayahHub account, and everything saved in it, at any time. It takes a minute.
If you cannot open the app
Write to salam@hidayahhub.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my HidayahHub account". We will confirm it is you and then delete the account.
What is deleted
Removed: your account, your email address and everything backed up to it, such as your prayer records, Qaza counts, Tasbeeh totals and Quran bookmarks.
Kept: a record that a deletion took place, without your email address or your prayer data, so that we can show the request was carried out.
On your phone: data the app keeps on your own device stays there until you remove it or uninstall the app. It never leaves the phone without an account.
Used as a guest? Then there is no account and nothing on our server to delete. Uninstalling the app removes everything.
Deleting cannot be undone. If you want a copy first, use Export my data on the same Account screen. More detail is in the privacy policy.
Private by design
HidayahHub works fully as a guest. Your prayer records stay encrypted on your phone. An account exists only if you want backup across devices, and you can export or delete everything, any time.
