Man’s biggest mistake is prayer

The way of praying
When a man prays, he usually makes a big mistake. He asks Allah Almighty, but he does not ask according to the glory of Allah. He only asks according to his small thinking, weak desires, and limited understanding. He thinks that he should only ask Allah for what is immediately visible, what is small, temporary, and worldly. Ask according to the glory of Allah, not according to his thinking Man’s biggest mistake is prayer
1. Small, temporary, and material prayers
Most people only ask for worldly things:
A new job
A house
A car or a mobile phone
Man’s biggest mistake is prayer
All these prayers are not wrong. We should ask, we must ask, but the question is, is that all we have come to ask for? Are we truly asking the Lord, the Creator of the earth and the heavens, or are our requests limited to trivial things like a mobile phone or a car? Man’s biggest mistake is prayer
2 – Even a beggar knows what to ask of whom.
If a beggar is sitting on the road, and a person on a motorcycle stops in front of him, that beggar will ask for ten or twenty rupees. But when a Land Cruiser stops, that same beggar will not ask for twenty rupees but will ask for something bigger. Why? He understands that this individual has the capacity to provide more.

3 – When a servant raises his hands before Allah…
Now consider, when a servant raises his hands before the Lord of the Worlds, why does he not recognize the glory of Allah Almighty? Why does he ask for such a small amount? Does he not believe that Allah’s treasures are unlimited? Man’s biggest mistake is prayer
Allah Almighty says:
“ادْعُونِي أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ”
“Call upon Me, and I will answer your prayers.” (Surah Ghafir: 60)
4 – What does it mean to ask according to His dignity?
Man’s biggest mistake is prayer
Asking according to the dignity of Allah means
Ask Him for Paradise
Ask His pleasure.
Ask for service to the religion.
Ask for blessings in this life and forgiveness in the Hereafter.
Ask for knowledge that will benefit
Ask for purity of heart, purity of intention, and strength of faith.
These supplications are in accordance with the dignity of Allah because they are asked with an understanding of His greatness, power, and mercy. Allah Almighty does not lack anything in giving. If Allah does not give something to someone, then this is His wisdom, not lack. The biggest mistake of man is to pray otherwise, for the Lord says:
“وَلِلَّهِ خَزَائِنُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ”
“And to Allah belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth.” (Surah Al-Munafiqun: 7)
The examples of Allah’s blessings are so vast that the blessings of Paradise are beyond the imagination of any human being Man’s biggest mistake is prayer
5–Paradise: Unimaginable Rewards
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“In Paradise are blessings that no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no heart has conceived.”
(Sahih Bukhari and Muslim)
When God has placed unimaginable things in Paradise, why do we ask for worldly things and then leave? Why? Because our thinking is small, the glory of the Lord is vast.
This is the real problem—our thinking is small. We are unable to think or ask according to the glory of Allah. We pray as if we are talking to an ordinary person, while Allah Almighty says:
“إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ”
“Indeed, Allah is capable of all things.” (Surah Al-Baqarah: 20)

6, Allah Almighty expresses regret.
Just think… when we go to ask Allah and leave after asking for trivial things, perhaps Allah Almighty also sees:
“He came to ask me, and look what he asked for and left.”
This is the right of the Lord’s gift, His glory, His majesty, and His forgiveness. It is not that Allah will give you as much as you ask for. No, He will give you more than that!
The greatness of Allah is that
If you ask for one, He will give you ten.
If you pray, He will give you better than that.
If you cannot ask for anything, He will still give it!

7 – Learn the training of asking from the prophets.
Hazrat Solomon (peace be upon him) prayed:
“رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مُلْكًا لَا يَنبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ مِّن بَعْدِي”
“My Lord! Grant me a kingdom that will not be given to anyone after me!” (Surah S: 35)
Look! This is the way to ask according to the glory of Allah. And Allah has granted it!
8 – What should we do now?
Whenever we pray, ask by thinking about who Allah is.
Remember the power of Allah; bring His glory to mind.
Let your heart, eyes, intention, and tongue—all be filled with the greatness of Allah.
Then that prayer will be in accordance with the glory of Allah.

9–Small demands? Are they small demands, or are they big rewards?
Change your prayer from today.
Don’t just say
“May Allah pass me in the exam.”
Instead, say
“O Allah, grant me beneficial knowledge, illuminate my life with beneficial knowledge, and make me beneficial to the Ummah.”
This is a request in accordance with the glory of Allah. Recognize your Lord in accordance with His glory and ask
O servant of Allah, when you raise your hand, remember that the door at which you sit to ask is the Lord, the King of kings, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, the One who says “Be,” and it is.

Conclusion:
Man’s biggest mistake is prayer
Have you ever stopped and thought…
Who is the God we raise our hands to and pray to?
The one who gives without asking,
The one who blesses despite our sins,
The one who hears our prayers even in our silences,
Even in the solitude of the night, He sees and is aware of our hearts.
Then when we raise our hands before Him, how should we ask?
We should ask Him according to His glory.
Ask, but not by being small…
Ask, keeping the greatness of the Lord in front of us.
Ask who loves you more than seventy mothers every day. Ask who knows you based on your intentions more than your sins.
Man’s biggest mistake is prayer

Remember:
The Lord He can take Prophet Yunus out of the belly of a fish.
Who can part the sea for Prophet Moses?
Who can cool Prophet Abraham in the fire?
Who can give children to Mary without a husband?
So, what is it that the Lord cannot do for you?
Just ask…
Ask from your heart…
Ask with faith…
Ask according to the glory of Allah.
And when you ask this Lord according to His glory…
He will give you more than you think…
He will give you so much that your eyes will become moist.
And your heart will fall in prostration…
He will say:
“Oh, my Lord! You have given me more than I expected.”
So change the way you pray…
Broaden the intention by asking…
And recognize your Lord…
Then see how that Lord bestows.
