1. I feel shy before my Lord because He is watching me all the time, even when I sin.
We must have all heard in our childhood that “Allah is everywhere, and He sees everything.” This is a principle that we often ignore, but when we understand this fact, our hearts feel shy. When we sin, it is a moment when we do not realize the presence of Allah.
Don’t we feel shy when we do something that we feel is against the will of our Lord?
The feeling of Allah’s presence keeps us away from sins and reminds us that what we are doing is before Allah. Allah Almighty says in the Quran:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا
“Indeed, Allah is ever watchful over you.” (An-Nisa’: 1)
If we accept this fact in our hearts that Allah is watching us at all times, we will avoid committing sins. We will consider our actions by thinking about how we are doing in the eyes of Allah. Are our actions moving toward His pleasure?
This is the moment when we realize our weakness and ask Allah for forgiveness. Then we try to erase our mistakes through our repentance, because we feel ashamed before our Lord that He is always ready to forgive us I feel shy before my Lord 3 things
2. I feel ashamed of my Lord that He loves me more than 99 mothers.
This world provides the example of a mother’s love thousands of times. A mother’s love is unparalleled and boundless, and everyone considers their mother’s affection to be extremely precious. But Allah’s love is much more than that, because it exceeds 99 mothers I feel shy before my Lord 3 things
Allah’s love is hidden in His mercy, which He reveals to His servants every moment. Allah Almighty has described some glimpses of His love in the Quran and Hadith:
إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ
Indeed, my mercy encompasses all things. (Al-A’raf: 156)
When we understand the depth of Allah’s love, we feel ashamed of all the disobedience and sin in our lives. What are we giving in return for the love of the Lord, who is blessing us with countless blessings? Are we living in accordance with His will?

3. I feel ashamed because my Lord is always ready to forgive me, yet I am slow to repent.
The greatest mercy of Allah Almighty is His constant provision of the door of repentance for His servants. He promises that whoever repents with a sincere heart, Allah will accept his repentance and forgive his sins.
إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا
“Allah is the Forgiver of all sins” (Al-Zumar: 53).
Every night, Allah Almighty descends to the lowest heaven and says to His servants:
“Is there anyone who repents that I may forgive him?”
But we do not turn from our sins, we do not close this door, and we waste this opportunity. We should remember that Allah has consistently extended His forgiveness to us. Yet we are slow to truly repent to Him I feel shy before my Lord 3 things
When we sincerely repent to Allah, we find refuge in His mercy, and He comes into our lives like a new light. This is when we feel our true change and ask Allah for forgiveness for our sins I feel shy before my Lord 3 things
